WHAT IS RF AND HOW DOES IT WORK ?

RF is the short form for Radio frequency . When alternating currents are of very high frequency aorund 1 MHZ or above , they enter the Radio Frequency range . In this range the rapid vibrating energy does not give electrical shock and is converted in to Thermal energy .Pulsation period to stimulate a normal muscle is 1ms however RF can stimulate it in 0.001ms.  RF can be UNIPOLAR or BIPOLAR .

When heat is concentrated between two probes pulsating currents ,concentrating on small tissue area at a time ,it is called a bipolar RF . Under these circumstances every tissue area can be concentrated and worked upon .
